Our design usually begins with a brief constructed through discussions between us and the client. We will discuss your functional needs and budget with you and use this together with our ideas to form our brief.
We will then proceed to produce mood boards for the project. At this point we will meet with the client to ensure they are happy with the visual direction of the project.
The next stage is for us to produce preliminary plans and elevations and talk through our spatial ideas. Once these have been approved we will produce detailed drawings of the scheme, product boards and can include computer visuals. A detailed costing for the scheme will be produced at this stage also.
The client can then choose whether they want us to project manage the scheme implementation.
